How do you mend a broken heart

( okay well recent breakup and I don't know how to deal with it.. I tried to be strong while it happened but now I feel kinda empty.. like the past 4 months were a huge waste..
my heart hurts and just I feel sore all over
any ways how to not hurt so...

they were meant to happen you cant say youve regretd meeting him'he helped you learn new expierences and helped why ou become a stronger person
honestly the whole time heals everything saying its actually true youll realize that when God closes one door He opens another one.. from expierence its amazingly true

realationships when your young are meant to give you experience and make you stronger. they only get you ready for when you meet your soul mate the one who your ganna spend the rest of your life with. dont worry about it. your heart will mend with time. but these relationships right now are just prepairing you. I think I speak for all of funadvice when I say please feel better we dont like seeing you sad.
