How do you make your eyes look bigger?

Using make-up seems to make them look bigger, however what make-up can make then look bigger?

white eyeliner. black makes them look smaller so if yu want em ta look bigger then stay away from the black eyeliner.

but I dont know how to do that..
my eyes are quite small but when I use my black liquid eyeliner all round ma eyes it makes em look a lot bigger...but if your not into thick black eyeliner then I suggest you dont do it lol!

I think black eyeliner would work..it does for me! it makes my eyes look bigger and prettier lol!
