How do you make your butt smaller?

My butt is gigantic
I just wanted some advice on how to get it smaller!

You must workout! This is a no brainer. if you are able really workout strong. If you would like, I would be happy to give you a few routines to get you started and build up endurance.

Try doing leg excersises. That help the buttox area as well.

Usually, Run for 45 minutes a day 3-4 times a week will make it smaller. Drink 6 glasses of water. Don't eat fattening stuff like chocolate, fries. And, don't eat after 7:30.
