omg you can make out at your age I have and im the same age as you are its pretty simple all you do is you go in to as if you were just randomly kissing a guy on the lips but its longer , but when your tounges touch like the way you do it you basically massaging eachothers tougnes and like it really turns guys on when you bite their lower lip but not too hard just enough to send them a shiver =] it works fer me..
