How do you make a cake out of diapers for a baby shower?

Oh I have done that, it is fun,
get three different size bags of diapers,
then you start by opening up the diapers ( say the large size for the bottom layer of cake) you wrap the diapers around each other. take one diaper roll it tightly then use very small pieces of clear tape and tape it to stay,( you want to beable to use thr diapers later so if you use small pieces then it wont tear when trying to take it apart) then take another diaper and open it and wrap it around the first one and tape it and just keep going in a circle around each other till you form the bottom layer of the cake,
then go to the smaller size and do the same thing. but make that layer of the cake a little smaller then the bottom layer,
Then finally do the same with the top cake layer but make it smaller then the middle
Then the middle layer.
Try to make then proportionate to each layer so the cake looks even,
Then carefully tape the three layers together, put the whole thing on a base, you can use firm card board covered in a pretty material or wrapping papar which ever you like.
Then you decorate your cake. I used straight pins with the little pearl balls on the ends and went all around the cake with those. then you take pretty ribbons and tie rattles, pacifiers, toys, anything baby things, nail clippers, etc. and tie those to the ribbons and tie the riibbons onto each layer like icing.
