How do you lose weight fast?

Someone please help me. how do you lose weight quickly and how do you stop eating snacks? whats the healthiest snack 2 eat? someone please help me!!!

If you want to have a healthy snack eat fruit or If you want a healthy desert eat fruit salad w/ a lil whipped cream. To loose weight drink a lot of water,And exercise like every other day.I do dancing and weightloss program that's programed onto my treadmil.And the first 10lbs is the easiest to loose b/c it's all fluid weight.I also do about 40 min of twister dance the days I don't workout.Do you really even need to loose weight?I'm 5'5 1/2 and weigh 128 lbs and people on here said I may need to gain a lil b/c my bmi is 20.1 but the lowest weight I can weigh is 115.I'm just toning right now and that may be all you need too : )

I have the same problem. I have no idea how 2 lose weight quickly, but once, for about 1 and a half weeks, I ate very little, like 2 meals a day, and I lost weight. I dont why I stopped, but I'll try it again and let you know how I'm doing. I'll let you know exactly how I am eating cause I'm not sure if this is wut I did. I'll experiment. however, I know that one of the healthiest snacks is popcorn w. only a small amount of butter, or if you can, none at all. baked chips are good 2 instead of regular and they taste really good, exactly the same. also, I read somewhere that if you eat about 3 pears or apples each day (which I find weird, how can you buy that much?), you can lose weight. also, on oprah, I heard that giving up soda for a while(totally) can help and also eating 1 slice of whole grain bread with extra virgin olive oil before a big meal can make you kinda full so you wont eat as much. also, I heard somewhere that eating fiber is like nature's broom or somethin. it makes you go 2 the bathroom which is good I guess if you want to lose weight. I also heard on tv that using a pedometer while counting calories can help. a pedometer tracks how many steps you take. make a chart and record your steps every day for a week, erasing the last day's steps daily. from them on, try 2 walk (u dont have 2 run) 2000 more steps and having 1000 calories less a day makes you lose weight. walking around the block is good. if you wear like heavy clothes such as sweatshirts or sweaters when you exercise, you sweat more, and lose weight faster...

if you do some cardio, it'll help.
I'm struggling with my lower stomach fat, and that's about it.
if you want yummy, healthy snacks, try different kind of snack bars.

celery is a negative calorie that means when you eat it you actually burn calories! Also saltine crackers are a good snack but filled with sodium!

oh, ya, I came bac 2 tell you that I forgot to talk about celery, I just went out to get some and I needed 2 let you know. cyberchick's right. celery takes more calories to burn than it adds to you so you burn calories by eating it.

a good way to get rid of belly fat is if you don't feel like being outside doing somthing , but just feel like watching tv. when your show goes onto commercial do a few cruches or stretches or little excersices to help pass the time and burn some calories and if you are hungry instead of munching a potatoe chips or something full of fat and really greasy, munch on carrots or celory or something really healthy even a salad just not to much dressing. good luck...!!
