Sometimes depression makes people feel hopeless. Sometimes it makes them feel afraid. Sometimes it makes them feel angry at the world. However it makes them feel, it's a terrible thing to cope with without some help.

It is different for everyone, but with me, I just knew...I knew that something wasn't right, and put that together with how sad and hopeless I'd been for a long time, and it made sense...likeeveryonen else is saying, look it up on the internet or go see your doctor
