how do you know if a guy is only telling you what you want to hear?

OR

if he is really complimenting you telling you the truth?

there is no way for sure to know ;p , but ask yourself this: do you trust him?, if you trust him then believe him, if you don't, take what hes telling you as a compliment - but dont take it seriously. hope this helps

Lol oh this is a good question, and its a hard question. In this case, I tell all types of girls what they want to hear. From my girl to some random chick, as long they don't get mad at me. I'm sorry if that makes me sound like a bad person. But I hate when girls get mad at me, so I would never tell her the truth about her being fat or if the dress shes wearing is slutty and cheap. P E A C E!
