Get a large curling iron.

If you go into a beauty supply store or a salon and tell them what you want (it helps to bring a picture of the style) they can help you find the products you need.

A large barrel curling iron and lots of hair spray. Spray a 2 section of hair with the spray and then curl. Do not brush your hair out when you are done, instead just run your fingers thru it.

there are several ways.
1) a larger curling iron and lots of hair spray.
2) it can be blow dryed like that with a round brush
3) you can use hot rollers in your hair.
