I agree, Proactiv, when used correctly, is very very effective.

Also try not to touch your face a lot, because even if they don’t look it–your hands are dirty.

DO NOT pop your pimples. It forces the bacteria down into your skin, and can cause worse breakouts. It’s also best to avoid harsh products that use a lot of alcohol, because those can irritate your skin, causing more breakouts.

Proactive is wonderful! It kind of dries out your skin a little when you first start using it, buts great. Look it up online. Also, makre sure any make -up you wear is non-comedogenic (it wont clog pores). Bare Minerals make-up, though a little spendy, is fabulous for your skin, thats online too. Visine for red eyes works to take the red out of a pimple, and in a pinch, dab some toothpaste (not gel), on a zit and leave it on over night. Most important, dont pick, and wash your face morning and night! Good luck!
