How do you get little dreadlocks like this..?

how would you get the little dreadlocks in my hair like the ones Christina Aguilera had (as in the pic)???
I think they're pure class !!
would many hairdresses know how to do them or anything?

Firts off those arent dreads hunny... those are braids that are put in with some added black hair extensions or what looks liek pieces of raw leather... Dreads are knots that are permanentally placed in your hair.. you can do that yourself just by braiding a few strands of whatever fabric or hair that youd like into your own head at random..
