Its Charmander but lol the only ways are through Trading with one of the First Generation Games (Red Blue or Yellow) or Using a Gameshark which is easy and cheap while trading is a b*tch because none of the Pkmn you have with you when you go into the trade center can have new abilities or attacks and also cant be new pkmn so its really hard
