Is there any good sites or anything?

Well... First, you need to see some victorian fashion images (different years). Next, you could try to draw those images. And practise, practise, practise... I like drawing old fashion, and to help me I use my COSTUME books... I have four Costume Books drawn by John Peacock! He is really great! Here is a good site with Victorian Fashion ( 1837-1901):

http://www.fashion-era.com/the_victorian_era.htm

I hope I have helped you...

Good Luck, Edgar
