It is burning up in my house and my grandma wont tell me get it cool so I have fans on me windows open and I still cant cool down...im so tired but cant sleep bc im burning up...any advice???

Wear loose Pj's, sleep under just a sheet or go toilet (it can cool you down...strange I know...)

Purchase a little plastic bottle with a de-tractable spray, fill the bottle with either tap or refrigerated water and when your laying in bed, squirt a couple of sprays over your arms and legs (NOTE: don't saturate your limbs, just do 2 or 3 sprays - your not taking a shower in your bed. wink )

The water on your hot skin will help cool you down and if you do have a breeze coming through the window even better.

Take a warm to cool shower just before bed. (Cools you and removes sweat that will make you feel more 'sticky'.
Have a fan blowing either directly on you or over you. Close and lock/secure your bedroom door and sleep on top of the sheets naked. (That's why you lock your door.)
Works for me.
