also when you get mad or stressed out do the 4,4,8 breathing, its where you take 4 seconds to breath in and hold in it for 4 seconds and then slowly exhale. do that ten times, adn it will calm you down trust me! try learning self hypnosis, libraries might have tapes on it, so check it out(it sounds weird, but I don't have much pain b/c of this). when you have something to say to someone make sure you are not upset at the time, and then tell them when you have thought about it later.
ask to leave the room when someone upsets you. work on being more respectful, and consider how the other person feels.

I was just like you Once. try not to get mad at stupid things. I know sometime I have a bad day. and something make it worst. I just ignore it. Even tho when I do get mad. I get a bit crazy -.- I dont hurt myself but Am dangerous lol. just ignore everything like I do. it work great for me. I don't know how it would turn out for you ^^ try it and see
I learn it from one religion. It goes like this 'who is the strongest'. We might think that the one who is strong enough to hurt others or even killed them. We can find it in movies and we really admire them as hero. So any slight anger watch out you there.
That is wrong. Actualy the one that is the strongest is the person who can control their anger.
We tend to believe that others do not do things the way we want. The result we got angry over it.
Then put it this way, anyone who rise your temper is mad. Mad people should not be entertained. If you are still angry curse them but quitely from your heart. If you still angry run away, take some heavy things and beat anything that you can lay on, anything non living like - a tree, stone etc.
Mix with good men/women. avoid roughs.

How do you control your anger??
well I have a big problem with my anger when I'm angry I try to break things,I tend to hurt myself in anyway, I am very disrespectful ect. I'm also in a school that are for people that need help on anger/issue they need to work on... soo I'm in a class...
that is kinda speacil. and in each class room there are like 10 kidds or less... but anyway today I had a bad day I got soo mad that I ranaway from school I almost try to hurt myself and the cops were called and they put handcops on me but I calm down and I went home with my mom ... all I want to know is what keeps you calm when you get really mad.??? please please anwer I really dont want to get kicked out of my school... thanks!!
