How do you change table color?

I think I have the idea, not sure

Go to where your layout is,an you should see a code that says somehting like:
table;
And then I think 6 numbers.
those numbers are called the hex code,a code used for color.
Just change those colors.
If you need to know the code for a specific color,google hex color grids or somehting.
