How do you wear contacts with long or fake nails?

Yes there is. I have long nails and i use contacts but to insert a contact it shouldnt be on your nail...its meant to go on your finger so put it on ur finger and insert from the corner of your eye (not closest to your nose)

I don't have long nails, but, you do keep the contact on the middle of your finger when you put it in, so I don't think the length of your finger nail would impede you inserting them into your eyes.

Yeah i put them into the middle of my finger...if you have trouble try taping ur finger nail so you cant scratch your eye

LOL! Sorry, don't mean to laugh, but I had the WORST time getting those contacts in with long nails. (Getting them out was easy though!)

I finally had to decide if I wanted to (a) see, or (b) have long, gorgeous fingernails. I chose to see and trimmed my nails down to a good length. (Not particularly short, but manageable for my contacts.)

On the other hand, I have a friend with long fingernails and she wears contacts...she doesn't have any problems whatsoever. I've never quite figured out how she does it. :-)

you're defiantly putting it more on the tip of your finger not the middle. because if you were you wouldn't have this problem.
