the best thing to use is an acne gel or acne cream. If you pop a zit it can spread and you'll get more. Plus, popping zits can create scarring, and nobody would want that.

Its not hard to pop a zit... doesnt take any skills.
but dont unless you want it to spread or scar.
get some treatment that suits your skin type.
