How do you make your arms bigger?

I have skinny arms.im 14 so I dont wanna lift weights is there any foods or workouts I can do at home that will make my arms bigger

when you get into high school lift weights. I know you don't want to but it is very rewarding in so many ways, I am 15 and I am a girl. when I first started weights I can only bench the bar (45 lbs) now I bench 105.
and eat lots of protein (meat). JUST DO IT, ITS WAY FUN!!!

lucky I have always had huge arms but even then I did weights because they dont flab and look smaller

I started doin weights when I was 14... bench doesnt affect you in anything... but if you dont want to.. try pushups, about 3 sets of 30 pushups 4 times a week, and dumbells, like 15 pounds each... that can help you get started..
