I have skinny arms.im 14 so I dont wanna lift weights is there any foods or workouts I can do at home that will make my arms bigger
when you get into high school lift weights. I know you don't want to but it is very rewarding in so many ways, I am 15 and I am a girl. when I first started weights I can only bench the bar (45 lbs) now I bench 105. and eat lots of protein (meat). JUST DO IT, ITS WAY FUN!!!
I started doin weights when I was 14... bench doesnt affect you in anything... but if you dont want to.. try pushups, about 3 sets of 30 pushups 4 times a week, and dumbells, like 15 pounds each... that can help you get started..
You gotta earn those bigger arms that you don't want to lift weights for. Lift weights, you lazy lazy person.
lucky I have always had huge arms but even then I did weights because they dont flab and look smaller
