Diet and Exercise. I know it sounds old fashion but it works. Weight Watchers is a very good program. They will teach you how to eat right, lose weight and to keep it off for life. It is a very healthy program and well worth the money. My wife has done it and it is such a good program. It is the only program that I think is a life long path to good help.
I also agree that weight loss is best achieved through exercise and an effort to eat right. I have tried all sorts of things. What worked for me was finding something I love to do that is active and rewarding myself for every small step forward. My best form of exercise so far has been dancing around the house as silly as that may seem. I think more than anything else you have to commit to yourself ... decide for yourself what you want and stick to it. And give it time... nothing works instantly. Oh and remember to be good to yourself ... recognize your stressfull moments and make sure you do something that releases that stress.

okay i wieght 175 i am in da 7th grade and i sont felel good about how much i weight so i say excirsie and eat right and do ya sit-ups day work da mid section trust me i do about 100 sit-ups a day dats work and excirsie at home 2 dat helps

only eat fruits and vegetables

Yes, eating healthy and exercise help, but one of the majors ways to help you eat healthy without only eating veggies or not eating anything, is by just getting the low fat healthy version of everything. For example, get whole wheat pate instead of the normal, instead of cooking brownies cook chocolate chip muffins, they are tasty but they use way less sugar and oil. Try to get in at least 2 hours of exercise a week, that isn't even a lot, but compared to nothing it is great!
