woah to get abs for one you dont do a lot of situps or ab workout, you just do a normal amount, abs are created by what you eat not what you do to them. Just eat healthier and start running abit (running requires quite abit of ab work) you will see them in no time... As for the chest yeah heavy bench presses and push ups, and dips
