Anyways, to clear up your skin, you should try Clean and Clear or something of that sort that will close up your pores.
And for the dryness, well I'd say just try some lotion or cream or anything like that.

I guess if you use some products to help with the pores and if you're face is fresh and well kept clean then you'll look nice

and the only temporary way to make your face less dry is to moisturise
other than that
chaging the shape of your eyebrows can litereally transform your face
so if your not happy with them, speak to a salon and ask them shape them tosuit your face

Clean and clear (as emillyyywashere stated) is really good for cleaning your skin and it also acts as a toner and closes your pores. I suffer from big pores and dry skin too and I use aqueous cream to moisurise. I think the really expensive stuff is highly overated.
Getting your eyebrows done is really good advice and while your there ask them to check for any other unwanted hair, like on your lip or chin or sideburns.
Make sure your teeth are in nice condition as this really makes your smile and face light up.
