No, you get crabs from being with a sexual partner that has it. Crabs live in pubic hair so the best way to avoid them is to just shave yourself completely down there.

No...you get crabs from other people who have them. However, sexual contact is not the only way to get them...tho they prefer the pubic area, I've seen them on eyebrows, and in the clothes of others (they were probably headed for the crotch, but just hadn't gotten there yet)...
