How do you get close with a girl?

Hey, I'm bisexual. And one of my best friends admitted to me that she has feelings for me and I have feelings for her too, so I told her. But since then she hasnt been acting like herself, maybe it's because she's shy but when I look at her, she doesnt...

look me in the eyes, she just kinda looks away. So how do I get close to her again?
The problem is that whenever I try to hug her and stuff she doesnt want to, anything that involves contact in school. I dunno bout outside school though. But she admitted to me that she has feelings for me...I'm confused. Help me here

you are already close the best relatonships start with a great friendship. and if you have that you should go for it. do what ever makes you happy.
