How do you feel about cosmetic surgery?

I want to get a nose job cause my nose is broken and has been 4 a long I look like owen wilson lol anywayz I can only breathe thru one side and I think it looks ugly, what are your opinions on it anyone with experience?

I've never had rhinoplasty, so I can't give you an experienced opinion, however, I will say this...

You need to feel comfortable with who you are, and if getting a nose job will increase your confidence, then go ahead and do it..only remember that it is some pretty major surgey and requires a lengthy healing time

In general I'm against cosmetic surgery because I think that people are too vein and too self-conscious about their appearance.

However, since you are correcting a problem caused by an injury that will also improve your breathing it seems entirely reasonable to me.
