How do you become an advisor?

the dude dosnt really make it clear enough,(sorry) so what exactly do u have to do to become an adviser?

Things we look for in advisors:

1) Ability to use the site (there are usability issues we're working towards addressing)
2) knowing how to read 'fun mail' when you get it
3) Good grammar, punctuation, etc.
4) Loads of good advice - if you have a history of replying to people's questions in a thoughtful, positive, and helpful way, generally, we'll write you and ask if we can promote you.

If you answer a lot of questions with good answers and you've been on the site for awhile, just FunMail thedude or editor and they'll promote ya.
