So start writing. Don't worry about remembering just write. You can look back over it and add you can edit. It's you words you can do what you want. I would say start writing now see how it goes. After your done... re read it. Edit it. Take it to a publisher see if they think it's ready- take their advice. They might say wow it's ready- they might say maybe you should add jr sr year so it comes to a close or something or they might tell you to start over. They will give you suggestions and it could really end up being something great or in the least a learning experience for you about writing books and yourself. Just be true in it. Don't tell stories because it is a memoir.

How do I write a memoir?
For so long, I had been wanting to write to write my memoir. For a start, I wanted to write a book on my high school experiences so far, (I'm a Sophomore though). I believe the first two years have been the toughest and I strive to share my story. I plan to get into as much detail as I can, but sometimes, it's rather much difficult to look back and try to remember everything that happened at the time. They say that in the later years of high school, it gets so much better, so I would really like to share my story of the first two years of high school? In your own personal opinion, do you believe anyone would want to read a book on a teenager and her first two years of high school? Should I wait 'till I'm out of high school? I know I have the rest of my life to write a book, but I am so anxious to write one.
