what you go it you sit on the toilet with your legs apart. the point the tapon upwards alittle bit. Make sure to have your fingers on the fingergrip thing. while sliding it in if it feels funny then shift it alittle. it may feel weird a even hurt a little putting it in but thats ok. then once ut fingers touch your boby that means you have it in far enough. then with the other hand push on the thin tube that the string comes through. the tapon will be released then. it may feel funny but they do at first. and make sure to leave the out or you cant get it out! hope that helps!

just make sure the cord is outside your vagina at all times...dont want anythin gettin stuff...
