How do I tell my ex that I still love him?

My ex and I broke up last week. I love him really much and can't stop thinking about him. We broke up because we hardly see each other. This is because he got sent to juvi for threatening some kid. Now he is on probation and probably doing community service. Not seeing or talking to him is making things a whole lot worse for me. I love him so much. I don't know what to do. I'm so lost. I know it's normal to still have feelings for your X but I think that he still loves me too and that's why we broke up because he wants whats best for me. I mean if he really broke up with me for the lack of contact between us do you think in a few weeks we could get back together. He asked me out by the way because he fell for me. When ever we actually hanged out he seemed the same. He told me that he missed me and he loved me when he came back around the 24th of March. My friend thinks that it's because he didn't get in my pants. We planned on it but didn't have time when he got back. Please give me advice.

Hes in juvi? Hun, forget him. He's no good I'm sorry but face the facts he does only want to get in your pants and TRUST ME it's not worth it. I know your pushing it out of your head 'He loves me he doesnt just want sex' but he does...get yourself a good guy someone who likes the same stuff as you.
