sister is 8 years old and when hes around she tends to be around me more and pulls away from him. I really don't know I know that I need to tell my mom but I don't want her to know that it was him who raped me but I think she should know for my sister's protection especially now that she wants to get back with him. you should just tell her. if u dont then she cant do anything about it. if u just wait around, then he might do it again- to u or someone else. the sooner u tell her, the better.

You really need to tell your mother for the sake of your sister, do you want your sister growing up with the same painful memories as you have? you can save your sister the hurt by telling someone, you can even go to the police if necessary, but tell your mother so she can keep him away from you both!

Yes, even notify the police, because he could be removed from yalls situation, as well as be prevented from doing that to any person again. These people don't stop what they do if they know they can get away with it.
