How do i tell if my shihtzu is pregnant

My shih tzu, I think is pregnant she has thrown up three times, her teets are huge shes not been eating as much as usual, shes been really lazy, and when we take her on walks she refuses to go more than 100 ft. and our 12 yr old shih tzu has no problem...

walking and neither has our mother to be, its just been happening the last 4 weeks, her ribs are fat but the rear of her is skinny and the front of her is skinny, between her teets are a big red line and in the rear of her under her is fairly droopy, is she pregnant? cause if she is she would be due iin the next 2 weeks , and the next 2 weeks we will be on vacation would it be wise to let her have her pups in a 30 ft. travel trailer? or would it be too much. PLEASE HELP!

Those are not normal signs of pregnancy for dogs. Have you breed her?
It sounds like she may have eaten something she souldn'e have.

Cook, then boil some hamburger, mix it with some white rice.

Feed her this for a few days, if she doesn't get better bring her to the vet, they can Xray her.

She sounds pregnant to me, not sick from something she ate...When a dog is sick, they throw up, have diarreah. Because she is pregnant, skip the white rice and burger...this dog NEEDS good nutricious food.

Since dogs get anxious when they are separated for their families...AND dogs get anxious when they're about to give birth...you've got a dilemma...and have to make a choice. I take it that this wasn't a planned litter, right? Since she is so small, I think I'd take her with me...Not very many kennels want to take on the responsibility of a litter being born...you'd have to check them out.

she sounds pregnant to me. I'm pretty worried about her age though. You need to talk to her vet about this.
