How do i tell her that i love her?

I keep telling this girl that I love her, and that im not joking. because knowing us, we always say it in a joking matter, now I mean it and I tell her that its no joke and that I mean it and she says she does too.. But I still think, she thinks, that I...

like her as a friend.
She told me she would go out with me and do a repeat of the past.. which was making out. Does this mean she likes me? But when I ask her who she likes she says the guy she likes.. then I start second guessing.. Should I say something else to her that will make her believe and see that I love her?

she doesn't wanna say anything b/c she doesn't wanna make a fool of herself if u dont like her back.
and yes, you should definatley say something else to her to make her take you seriously. tell her that you really do love her more than a friend, and youd do anything to be with her again(i think you said something about repeating the past).

you shld take her out sumwer real nice..say resturant (and for all the clue-less boys out ther, i dont mean the ice cream parlour or maccas) anyways...when she is finished her meal just say i love u and then if she loves u back shell say i love u to u!
