How do I stop myself from pigging out on biscuits? I have tried asking my mum not to buy them, but my sis eats them so she can't just stop, but she can limit herself. I can, but it's hard. Is there any more effective methods of limiting biscuit consumption?

has she done that yet?? I guess not. Why not go to biscuit annonamois. (How is that spelled) I heard the cookie monster goes there and has limited himself to 121 cookies a day. One hundred cookies less then he used to. Good for him.
