Maybe just find some low fat, healthy snack foods, or just some mints or hard candy, so you won't be starving between meals! Drink coffee or something like Fuse to curb your appetite also, then you will not be thinking about not eating all the time!
I alway eat a little too much
but now what I do is I just is 6 extra small portions of food everyday
if you cant do that that you can just eat unitl your satisfyed not until your full
also you just may be board if this is the case you should get into after school programs or sports just so you wont be bord
