Hi,
I have found that it's very helpful to diet with someone. That way you can motivate each other and you won't feel so alone. If you feel like giving in to a craving, you can call your partner and they will talk you out of it, and vice versa. You can also have a lunch or dinner buddy that way too

Whenever I feel bad, I really want to go on a diet. And I do for about a day, I do a good job, but the next day I feel like I should stay with my current weight. But then I feel really bad again.
