How do I start to talk to him?

I have a crush on this guy. He is cute but he is a sophmore. I however am a senior. Im 16 but just one year older than him. The other day I was walking with one of my friends to my class and I was talking to her. I looked up and saw him looking at me. For some reason we had eye contact and I couldnt break it. As much as I wanted to look away I couldnt. He finally looked away in probably like 5 seconds but it seemed as if we had been staring into each others eyes for ever. He has been asking my sister about me but he wont talk to me. How can I get him to talk to me or how can I start to talk to him?

Do you know any of his interest? Do you like or hate the same things? If he was looking at you he probaly is interested at some level. Try walking up to him, introduce yourself and compliment him on his shirt, shoes or hat. Just remember to be yourself.
