How do i start my own ninja academy?

I would like to start my own ninja school and I would like to know if anyone has done this before? I am quite the ninja when the motivation is proper.

You are clearly a crafty ninja. Lead and they will follow ! I also suggest carrying ninja stars in your back pocket like myself (no really i do... only mine are plastic because my husband is afraid i'd probably impale my own hands on metal ones =( )
