How do I slim down my legs?

because not everyone can blow spit bubbles with their tongues... Asked by genericusername 6 months ago, 3 answers.

I have some pretty big calfs (or would it be calves..?), thighs, and a rather large buttocks. But they're not too fatty, they're just muscular. Is there any way to slim down muscle? And don't say 'do long-distance running', because I already am a long-distance runner...

And please no one say anything like, 'Just don't eat for three days, that's what I did and I lost like, 20 pounds but I still think I'm fat so will you please give me tips on how to lose weight?'
Seriously people.

Sadly, oh so sadly you can't slim down calfs :'[
I'm pretty skinnny, but my calfs are muscular from running too, and they only way to get rid of that is to have Calf Reduction Plastic Surgery.
But about your runner legs I think you just have to wait it all out till all of your muscle mass goes down, but if you had chunky legs I think you could be able to use that one machine Leg Magic, it's suppose to work wonders on your legs, and butt

Okay, to lose weight, eat 400-700 calories less then normal.
For example, if you are 5'11 and female and trying to lose weight, instead of maintaining your weight by eating 2400 calories a day, maybe eat 1700. Search on the internet for calorie counters, and even though it is flexible, ask your doctor which would be the best intake for your lifestyle.
Reduce Fat, Sugar, and salt from your diet. Don't cancel these out completely. You need a certain amount of fat calories and energy calories everyday. Try foods like Special K or LeanCusuines even though many people frown upon these so called 'weight loss' foods, they usually work and have shed along about 60 pounds off of me with some exercise along to go with it.
EXCERCISE! Never trust those Hoodia drugs, or Nutrisystem, some of them actually do help, but most of them are frauds. Some guarantee you see results without exercise, I can almost promise you that's not true.
Hate exercising? Try something fun or beneficial, like walking your Lazy dog or play a game of Dance Dance Revolution.
Losing weight is better and easier without going to the Gym, and that is really expensive, and not worth the hassle.

when working out, use lighter weights and do more reps as opposed tro less reps and heavier weight. this will build lean muscle instead of manly ones. also stretch a lot. )
