Ah, tough complex. I say go for hanging out with both at the same time more and more, or say if your girlfriend is away still go and hang with her mom. start to give her goodbye hugs and such, basically do what you did with your girlfriend to get that bond with her mom, like as her question or w/e. But dont forget a little immaturity isn't a bad thing but dont be a 6 yr old.
