How do i really get him in the mood?

How Do I get my boyfriend in the mood to have s*x with me and I mean really in the mood? He's the type that can get aroused somewhat easy but the thing is he perfers head over s*x and I dont know what to do to make him just say Hey you want to go do it...

or something to that fact. I do things like play with his you know what or straddle him or lightly bite his earlobe or gently kiss hiss neck but it really seems like it doesnt do the trick. Any good advice?
