iTunes and iPods only except certain files types: MPEG-4 video files and QuickTime movie files. Perhaps a few more but I don't think so. So file types like avi, wma and flv will not work in iTunes or on your iPod.
yeah but I tried mpeg-4 and it still doesnt work I out play on itunez and it plays it but wgen I try to sync it an it says it is not possible
convert to quick time files, only those play proper on itunes/ipods
how do you convert them to quick time files?
Make sure the videos you want to load in your iPod are MP4, M4V formats. Otherwise iPod won’t read them. You can use converter software to convert other formats to MP4, M4V. I prefer to use Aimersoft Video Converter which support various video formats to be converted. You can find some help on:

Hope to help you.
