How do i put this

ok so it may sound wierd but I want this guy to kiss me and he wants to but he wants me to give him a sign when I want him to. I really want him to but what should I do :guys in particular: to make him want to kiss me???

look into his eyes and when he looks at you look away, do it again but stay looking and lick your lips really slow, WORKS FOR MEEE.

I just look up at my boyfriend and he knows. I don't know ha. I'm no help.

he is really blind haha not 4 realz but he cant notice anything what am I supposed to do shoot him with an arrow, he wouldnt even notice that if it shot him in between THE EYESSS lol
