How do i make myself feel better?

i love skating Asked by sk8ersocal 9 months ago, 3 answers.

My life is really sad. My mum shouts at me. My dad yells at me. The only place I am allowed to express my feelings and feel free is when I'm at my auntie's house. I will never commit suicide because it is a waste of a life but I do feel lonely and left...

out. I'm not an angry person and a nice one and I just want to feel like the world is against me. How do I make myself feel better. My auntie is like the mum I don't have. Moving in with her is out of the question as she doesn't have any rooms spare

Ok.I understand where your coming from my parents split up when I was 8 years old.Ever since then it has been the hardest things for me.Now I am 16 and about 3 years ago I had found out that I had diabetes and a thyroid problem and depression.I feel that I can help you because I rarely ever get along with my family and I know how it feels to be left with no one to talk to.So my best advice is to try to make some good friends ones that will be there for you and make a few of them one of your best friends it may be very hard to do but after you do all of those steps you will have someone that you can talk about anything to.If you need any other advice or help you know my screen name.I am always free to talk and I am a great listener.

I'd say to make yourself feel better is to find some friends that you can trust to talk to and maybe write in a journal. I found that writing things down about how you feel and stuff helps to make you feel alittle better because you think about and find ways to just get over it or things to keep your mind off it. I knit when stressed or depressed. it really helps me to calm down. or sometimes I draw out how I'm feeling and that helps a lot to. find something that you enjoy doing to help you keep your mind off the sh*t that your going through. It helps to distract yourself. hang out with friends or your boy/girlfriend.before you know it you'll be able to move out on your own and not have to be stressed about your mom and dad.
