How do i make my own ringtones with my music?

I have a Krazr phone and it has a usb cord to hook up to the computer. How do I make my own ringtones with my music?

Not all phones will let you do this. The newer phones with the miniSD cards I do believe have the capability to do this. So you need a phone that works for this first.
