How do i make my legs look better?

my legs are odd, most of the time, especially when I'm cold, my legs get weird, almost marbled, lines all over them, they are purple, and I've noticed that at the top of my thighs and recently above my knees I get these weird darker purple lines, they...

look like veins but thicker then veins and they stick out of my skin a little, I use spray tans and stuff often because my legs almost never tan and it helps cover-up the lines, but I mean it doesnt work to well, does anyone know what's wrong with them or any ideas how to fix it??? thank you sooo much!!! please please help! happy

im not very sure but my legs turn kinda purpleish to when im cold im sure its perfectly normal

yea that happens to me all the time. like in guy class and I have shorts on and it is so cold they will look all weird and purple. so its normal
