We just bought an eliptical, and a twenty minute work out burns 300 calories on it. If you do similar exercise, then it'd take you five sessions to lose one pound of fat, as long as you're not gaining weight from your daily diet.
So, eat a balanced diet of the right amount of calories, and do a similar exercise routine where you burn a lot of calories, and I'm sure you can reach your goal.
Yep, thedude is right. Also, if you snack, snack 'healthy.' Have an apple, some crunchy carrots, celery, air popped popcorn (with no butter.) Drink lots of water and eliminate soda if you drink it...or at least cut back to maybe one per week.

How do I make my diet easier?
A lot of people say I'm skinny. I do believe them, but I can never stop FEELING fat. I want to lose some weight, just to feel better about myself, not to just be skinny.
But ever since I've tried dieting, I keep quitting. I've found out it's very hard. Sometimes I even overeat.
Is there any way to make my diet easy? Are there any tricks to sticking to my diet? I'm a little bit in a rush. I want to lose about 7 lbs by November 18. Is it possible? PLEASE tell me how to make dieting easier.
