How can i make my breasts bigger?

What do I eat, or how do I exercise anything!
Please help me, all my friends have bigger boobs then me, and I'm only 13!!

Any answers?

Well there isnt really no way to make them bigger unlessyou stuff your bra or something like that lolz.. But give it time and they will grow.

Drink your milk! I'm not kidding and actually buy the kind w/ the growth hormones in it, it kinda acts like a power boost to go w/ the estrogen already in the cows boob, and papyas their the wonder fruit!

There are these great silicone inserts you can buy at walmart for $17. It's a boob job in your bra every morning! Avoid all these hormones... it is not natural and will have detrimental effects that far outweigh the pain you suffer from being flat chested. I'm 22 and still waiting out the titty fairy.

Well you can't make your breasts bigger just like that if its not in your genetics. Besides you're 13 and your going through puberty (you are growing and you will experience changes)..Just give your body sometime to develop.

But you can create the illusion of bigger breasts by

1) Getting properly fitted - make sure you wear a bra that has been measured for you..A bra that does fit well can lead to problems later on in life
2) Try using a push-up or padded bra
3) Continue to exercise- as you won't see results overnight
4) You can wear tops that enhance the look of your boobs- but be careful as you may not want all the attention that could come with it
5) You can use those bra inserts (silicone) to make them look bigger

your still going through puberty
youll stop going through puberty at around age 20
you and your boobs still have a LOT more growing to do
and all you can do is be patient

constant breast masage can...CAN... help them grow a bit, it stimulates growth
do it about once a day for 5 mins but dont expect to see results imediantly or great results either

wah... I'm the same as you and every one of my friends have bigger boobs than me too.. I'm in junior high and too seem like a flat chest to everyone else if very embarressing and humiliating! I have no idea what to do either!

What is it with all these 13 year olds wanting bigger boobs? Look your still developing...you only stop developing at 21 and some people carry on also if you have kids your boobs will change again. If, at 16 you still want bigger boobs you can think about it more seriously. There is not much in the way to eat of exercise you can do to make them bigger. If you put on weight in general your boobs will be bigger but then if you loose this weight you will loose the bigger boobs too.
If you are really serious about it then there are things like breast enlargement pills, machines, creams (best results when accompanied with breast massage apperently) and of course, surgery.
There has been some evidence that breast massage can increase size, firmness and give them a better shape as well as being essential for healthy boobs. You could get massage done proffesionally or do it yourself. Go to the following links to find out how to massage your breats yourself:

You could also get padded bras, push-ups bras (wonderbras are really good) or chicken fillets to make them APPEAR bigger.

I don't have an answer, but I want to kind of add to the question... sorry, I hope no one minds...
I have some of this issue, also. Though... I'm so ashamed of myself, because of not just a dispraportionate size, but my shape. I'm disgusting and I hate it. I've always had low self esteem, well before arriving at adolescence, and I really didn't need something like that to add on top of it... I'm almost 17 and small-chested and what I do have is so irregularly formed. They're not just saggy. They're that, also, but... they're just... disgusting.
In my sixth grade class we were supposed to have some sort of sex ed basics, to familiarize ourselves with what to expect of our bodies... at one point they took out a poster with a profile and a small/developing breast that was oddly shaped, like mine. Later, after the class, my friends and I were talking about how strange it was and then one of my friends brought up the poster and started making fun of how ugly the breast was, and I just wanted to burst out crying, but I kept laughing like nothing was wrong...
I hate myself for various reasons, besides this. I cry almost every day because of how much I hate myself, and then once I arrive at the topic of how terrible I am then I think about how disgusting I am, physically; a fat, small/ugly-chested and otherwise ugly person bawling in the corner. It would be acceptable, maybe, if other people accepted me, but I'm just not acceptable... ... ...
I don't try to be so pathetic, and I'm sorry to bother you with this, but I'm so frusturated and I've hated myself for so long, I just wish I could change so that I wouldn't hate myself anymore... I want to be like everyone else... ... ...
I want to at least change as much of myself as I can...

So I guess I'd like to know of some actions a poverty-line person could take to maybe improve... ... ...

He's wonderful... and I want him to have the best of everything. I want to be as amazing to him as he is to me, and do just as much for him. I guess he thinks I'm already a good person... but... we plan to get married as soon as I'm out of high school, and... I know that when we get married I'm not going to be able to accept myself enough to be able to do _anything_ like... that... for him. If I do, I'll have to make him turn out the lights, for myself to feel comfortable enough to do anything. I don't want to do that to him. I love him so much...
Please help me...?

I can see that myne are growing but only a bit but I want them bigger I wear a padded bra but still its hard :\ does fruit help ?x
