How do I make him tell me??

How can I make myself more appealing so that this guy will like me more. We hang out sometimes, and I think he kinda flirts with me, but I want him to tell me that he likes me or make a move. What should I do??

Making yourself more appealing would probley turn you fake, not something I suggest. If you want a little change though; go shopping for some new clothes, get some streaks in your hair, etc. The smallest change can make a big difference, just don't go too far with it.

well next time you guys hang out , dress nice or sexy for him, then just get close to him and maybe just poke him in the stomach or touch his chest , give him body language .
This might work ; when he touches you or gets close to you raise your chest like if your breathing deep and rub your chest against him. Just flirt with him and he'll know that you like him, and talk with him about personal. But flirt with him though a lot then he'll like you more and more just go beyond
