How do I lose weight really fast? I've tried losing 2 pounds a week, but I have no idea on how to lose the calories in exercise. And losing only 1 pound a week isn't quick enough for me. How can I lose weight faster without going anorexic, bulimic, or taking any pills?

(I'm also a vegetarian)

It depends first on how much you weigh? Then how many calories you are taking in... and then how many calories you are burning... Age can play a factor, but not much. Also your health. How much weigh do you want to lose? Not much info to go on in your question, but here is a generic answer based off the fact that you want to lose 2 pounds per week. OK. 1st: Cardio every morning for an hour. 2nd: lift weights seriously 30-45 minutes 4 times per week (you do not have to lift heavy, it can be simply to tone the muscle, but it MUSt be a weight program that you will see results) 3rd: Walk for an hour every evening after dinner, just walk. right after dinner. walk the dog, walk with the kids, walk with your wife, girlfriend, WHATEVER! JUST DO NOT SIT DOWN! ONE HOUR. 4th: Eat no more than 1200-1700 calories (you know your weight) find the proper nutrional guidelines for your height and weight and stick to your caloric intake. Snack on fresh fruits and vegtables. NO SODAS. Soda's decieve the body. Even calorie free soda's trick the body. NO SODA's! Do not over hydrate with water either. drink if you feel thristy. We have become a Nation of gluttons. I eat off a platter that the coffee cup comes on. This way I can go back for seconds and not feel quilty! My 250 lbs friends think I'm weird, but I way 160 lbs? go figure? They eat off normal plates and go for seconds. They also drink diet soda's, BUT their DIET!

Very sorry, And it might matter, should not, but women do lose weight different than men. But the routine would be the same. Just diet and caloric intake. Also for the weights, Since you are not probably going to want to build a lot of muscle and women tend to store fat in different areas (hips, breast, butt, legs, arms and a double layer in the abdomin for child birth) these are the areas you will want to focus on., If you are not familair with weight training, get with someone who can help. Do not go out and join a gym (if you cannot afford it) . Make sure you are committed. Buy some 10 - 15 lbs dumb bell weights and check out the internet for a simple workout. If you can stick to that for 3 to 4 months 4xweekly and see results, then your ready for a membership. Take measurements (chest, hips, butt, legs arms & waist) along with your weight. That way even when you do not lose the weight, you may see inches come off. re-measure once a month(not when your on your period). Find a partner! AND remember, it took you time to gain the weight, it will take time to lose it. Hope I did not offend. Boy I feel silly...

ok just to tell you the first parson who anwserd your qustion I thinks a little rong.Because do wiehts is basicly gaining more weight on the scale but off the scale your not but if you rely on the scale then dont do that,what you could do is go to academy sports and outdoors and get one of those ball weights for you 8 pound ball.then do crunches by holding the bal in your hand andlean the wight tward your feet and then eat a lot of antioxidants bluberys,dride prunes ect the 8 pound weight will help you with your arm like when you wave the fat dosent jiggle and do slim in 6 thats the best you can do to loose weight super fast.
