Watch your diet - stick to whole grains, lots of fiber, fruits & vegetables, and small amount of protein / fat. Stay away from junk food, late night snacking, sodas & alcohol.
For exercise, you'll need to do cardio at least 5 times a week, though given your goal, daily for a minimum of 30 min / day the first week, then increasing 5-10 min per week, daily, after that. Strength training, stomach exercises, etc...basically you'll need to do a total lifestayle change, but it is definitely possible.

Help, I need to lose about twenty pounds in a little over a month. I am going on spring break with my friends that have the most perfect boddies. I am twenty three years old and weigh around 145 pounds..... how can I get to be around 120 punds or less in this small time.
