Watch your diet - stick to whole grains, lots of fiber, fruits vegetables, and small amount of protein / fat. Stay away from junk food, late night snacking, sodas alcohol.
For exercise, you'll need to do cardio at least 5 times a week, though given your goal, daily for a minimum of 30 min / day the first week, then increasing 5-10 min per week, daily, after that. Strength training, stomach exercises, etc...basically you'll need to do a total lifestayle change, but it is definitely possible.
